Price/Fees

The performance of TEKAMONEY's obligations hereunder is suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure which would prevent its performance. TEKAMONEY will notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.

Account Suspended Accounts are suspended for the following reasons: Attempted fraud, hacking attempt, Account inactivity for more than 3 months, A suspended account generates a reactivation fee of €79.

TEKAMONEY reserves the right to change the reactivation price at any time.

In accordance with the European regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the rights to query, access, modify, oppose and rectify the personal data concerning you. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you agree that we collect and use this data for the execution of this contract.
